Fees and Payment
The fee for a supervision session is £50 for a full hour, and this will be reviewed periodically.
Payment can be made by bank transfer into my bank account. You can pay on the day of the session or by invoice at the end of the month.
Frequency and Length of Sessions
The frequency and length of your supervision sessions will be discussed and agreed with you at your first session having considered your client workload and your supervision requirements.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend or need to cancel a supervision session, you will need to pay the full fee, unless you have given me 24 hours or more notice of your cancellation.
If I need to cancel a supervision session, I will give you as much notice as possible, including holidays.
Contact between Sessions
If you do have a matter that you would like to discuss with me, which cannot wait until our next meeting, please email me, phone signal is unreliable in my area. I will aim to respond within 24 hours of your communication.
Confidentiality
What you share with me about your clients is confidential. I do have my own supervision of supervision where I discuss my supervisees, maintaining confidentiality around yours and your client’s identities. If I consider you to be at risk to your clients, I will break confidentiality, and will discuss my need to do this with you first.
Online Supervision
It is important that you have a confidential space where you feel comfortable to speak without interruption or being overheard by others. Should there be technological interruptions in our meetings, we will discuss and agree how to manage the lost time depending on the length of disruption incurred.
Record Keeping
I adhere to current data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. I keep brief factual handwritten notes about our sessions which are stored on WriteUpp. The purpose of these notes is to record your attendance and the main focus of the session to aid me in my work with you, and in the event that I may be required to give evidence in relation to any court case or complaint.
Endings
You or I have the right to end this supervisory relationship at any time. I require a minimum two sessions notice, which includes an ending session, should either of us request termination of the supervisory relationship. This will give you time to organise alternative supervision arrangements before we come to an ending.
Clinical Will
In the event of my death or other eventuality whereby I am incapacitated and unable to keep our sessions, my colleague, Lissie Wright (UKCP registered) will contact you with guidance on seeking alternative supervision arrangements.
