Supervision

I'm currently completing my Diploma in Supervision at the Minster Centre, London. As an EMDR Insight facilitator I can offer supervision on using EMDR Insight attachment informed and IFS informed protocols.  I can also offer more general supervision as an experienced UKCP Psychotherapist or IFS based supervision as a level 1 trained IFS therapist (NB I'm not an EMDR or IFS consultant so can't offer accreditation support).

I work a lot with neurodiversity and offer an affirming space for neurodivergence and gender, sexuality and relationship diversity.

During my training I'm offering a reduced supervision rate for individual supervision and a free initial supervision consultation. Here are my 3 different supervision options:

1. General psychotherapy supervision. My approach is Integrative and Relational, with a focus on the therapeutic and supervisory relationship. I aim to offer you a warm, collaborative space where you can discuss and explore your client work so that you may support your clients and be mindful of the impact of client material on yourself. This includes consideration of the complexities (including the quantity) of your client caseload and to ensure you continue to work safely, ethically and effectively. I will do what I can to support you professionally and facilitate your continued development including further training that you may be considering and wish to discuss. I also encourage an awareness of intersectionality. We will review our supervisory relationship periodically, so that we have an opportunity to express any concerns or issues that we may wish to raise, which may be impacting on our work together.

Reduced rate: £30 per session

2. IFS informed supervision. In addition to the above, we take an IFS frame to supervision. I aim to bring the self energy and awareness of my own parts to create a space to safely explore your parts' experience around client work. We can then use this space to hear and address the information your parts are bringing you about your client work, in whatever form that is taking, with compassion and curiosity.

Reduced rate: £40 per session

3. IFS informed EMDR supervision for EMDR fully trained therapists. For therapists that have completed EMDR Insight training we can work with EMDR Insight protocols. Alternatively we look at more general ways of integrating IFS with EMDR for those with other trainings.  This may also be top up or ad hoc supervision in this modality.
